Returns and Refunds
Quality is important to us. Therefore we strive to deliver a flawless WheelAir to all our customers.
However, if you decide you no longer want your WheelAir, you have 14 days to return it to us for a full refund. Please contact us to let us know. You must return the WheelAir unused, with all additional parts intact and inside the original WheelAir packaging. The card used to purchase the WheelAir will be re-credited and this can take up 14 days. Shipping costs are not covered by us and we would strongly suggest you insure your package on return.
Secondly, if you believe your WheelAir to be defective on arrival, you have 30 days to return this to us for a full refund. Past this 30 day period, we offer a free repair and replacement service for faults as you are entitled to a one year warranty. In both cases, please get in contact with us and send photos of the faults. If we consider your claim valid, we will email you a pre-paid packaging slip so you can return your WheelAir to us.
Thirdly, you can pay to have your wheelchair repaired if broken or if a fault occurs outside of the warranty period. So please get in touch with us to discuss your options if this applies to you.
You can exchange your WheelAir for a different size if you notify and return it to us within 14 days. The WheelAir must be unused in its original packaging. We will not pay for postage if you mistakenly order the wrong size. If you are unsure about which size to order, please get in touch with us.
If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us. We may be able to alter your order before we have sent it to you if it is within 24 hours of processing. This saves you extra shipping costs and mean you can use your WheelAir sooner!
